Although there are a number of products that contain antioxidant properties, it is green tea that is probably the most famous even though it has many other beneficial health properties. Available as liquid extract, regular tea or tablets, green tea weight loss products are considered to be some of the most effective ways to burn extra calories.

In addition to weight loss functions, it can also help slow the signs of aging by helping to speed up the regenerative functions of the cells. However, weight loss treatments using it rely on the laxative and toxin purging qualities of the plant that speed up the metabolism. The way to stop fat from forming is by burning calories faster than they can be put on as excess weight, and this is where the product excels.

However, a person wanting to shed excess pounds cannot rely purely on green tea weight loss products alone; health food and physical activity are still required. Improvement to general eating habits is necessary because the intention to lose weight implies the dieter wants a much healthier lifestyle.

If you use green tea as a drink then the best time to take this is just before you retire for the night. It is quite normal for most people to find they’re stomach and bowel upset during the first few days after using the product but this should not last much longer than this. Although it may seem worrying at first, this physical reaction is quite normal and means the green tea weight loss products are improving the metabolism. Indications that it is working can generally be seen within seven days of use providing other aspects of the diet are followed like drinking plenty of fluids combined with physical activity, fruit and vegetables.

The attributes of green tea can be further enhanced when it is used in combination with extracts from the root of ginseng. Considered to be the root of life in China and Tibet, ginseng root brings the vitamin and mineral supplement the body needs during a detoxification period.

Ginseng is a valuable source of energy when added to green tea products especially noticeable when a person is trying to lose weight and it helps improve the immune system during a difficult time. As with many natural products, no side-effects have been found with green tea and ginseng even when use for extended weight loss periods of six months.

Kinds of liposuction for weight loss

Filed under: weight Loss — admin @ 7:01 am

For obese individuals losing weight is an issue of primary concern especially keeping in mind the various harmful effects of obesity and its effects on the human body. In case of determining obesity a very significant role is played by the body mass index, usually indicated as the BMI which is calculated as a percentage obtained by proportionately measuring the height of a person and his corresponding weight. It is interesting to note that weight loss surgical procedures are usually advised to people who are immensely obese and therefore those having a body mass index of over 30 or even 40 are suitable for surgery. It is to be noted here that liposuction is not usually referred to as a form of weight loss surgery and is primarily regarded as a form of surgical procedure which enables one to get rid of the excess fat deposits that accumulate in different parts of the body notably in the abdomen region, thighs, necks etc. However it is evident that liposuction therefore can act effectively in aiding weight loss. An important precondition that is to be borne in mind in case of opting for liposuction is that an individual should go for liposuction only after all other weight loss programs have failed to produce the desired results.

Liposuction is a form of cosmetic surgery and it makes use of two essential devices in course of the surgical procedure. These include a suction device which is known as aspirator and most importantly the cannula which is a hollow tube. There are various different weight loss methods of liposuction practiced and these methods are known to effectively aid in the loss if the accumulated body fat. The most prevalent form of liposuction is popularly known as the suction-assisted liposuction or SAL and this involves the suction of the fat cells by inserting a suction tube in the areas where excess fat has been deposited in the body. Laser assisted liposuction has been sanctioned only recently by the US FDA and it makes use of laser technology and is considered to be appropriate for complex surgical procedures. Ultrasound assisted liposuction or UAL is also referred to as ultrasonic liposuction and it functions by first blending and then liquefying the fats which make it easier to have them sucked out. Power-assisted liposuction makes use of mechanical processes and therefore there is very minimal manual intervention necessary in its functioning. There is also another form known as water-assisted liposuction but it has not yet been approved by the FDA.
